midi sequencing - java api

Hi.

I'm new to the list, so greetings :).

I'm trying to use the java api to create a midi sequence with the core audio java api. Sadly, the javadocs are not so enlightening. Could someone give me (or point me to) a simple example of how to create a one note sequence, using MusicPlayer, MusicSequence, MusicTrack, etc. ? Also, if anyone knows of any more extensive documentation for the java api, I would love to hear about it!

Thanks in advance.

Patrick
