I've got a ReVision user who's working on a laptop with an MBox selected as his default output (in AMS). But ReVision (which uses the DefaultOutputUnit) is coming out of his built-in speakers.

Download the driver at http://www.usb-audio.com/usb_audio.sit. The demo driver's output beeps every 30 seconds, but the input stream is clean. Though it's not freeware, it's inexpensive, and seems to work for my users who have an M-Box (who incidentally don't require any output abilities from my app).
