Hey Urs,
I'm here and from what I can imagine about how the "Fix" feature works it won't help with AU development. The Fix feature will replace the dyld libs or executable but it won't know that the app also loaded a component after the fact. I think we'll still have to kill the app and restart it to pick up the changes.
I'll see if I can get a definitive answer, but that's the guess.
