I need help finding a bug in my CoreAudio wrapper

Hi,

I've written a simple C++ class which wraps CoreAudio to play sound from a given device through the default output unit. The problem is that sometimes I get disturbed audio. This behavior only occurs when I use a tv card as the input device, but maybe it occurs with other input devices, too.
So it would be nice if someone can test my code with other devices and/or give me advice where I have to look for the bug.

Here you can download a complete PB project with a Cocoa GUI to test my wrapper:

Thank you,

Andreas
