After installing the December 2002 Apple Developer Tools, you will find
the SDK in /Developer/Examples/CoreAudio/AudioUnits and the documentation
in /Developer/Documentation/CoreAudio/AudioUnits
If you haven't installed the Dev Tools and don't have the CD, you can
download it at
http://connect.apple.com/ (you will need an ADC membership,
but one version of the membership is free).
