2. Horizontal-only
3. Both Vert and Horz
4. Relative Rotary control

6. Scroll wheel support (focus follows mouse)

Place the cursor over the knob (no mouse click necessary) and use the scroll wheel to turn it. The speed of the scroll wheel could determine the precision of the movement.
