Given the general confusion on this I'm only going to allow a single
output bus to be selected from MusicDevices for the time being.

Seriously, Bill was taking a survey to try to determine how to improve
this part
of the API. I'm seeing smart people not get this right, so I believe
there is
a genuine problem here that needs to be fixed by clearer semantics in
the API.
