MIDI input - Newbe question

Hello everybody!

I'm new to the Mac-World and I have some questions. I hope that
someone can help me.

I write a plugin for a programm that runs on Windows and (not yet:-) Mac.

I use CodeWarrior 7.0 for Windows and I successfully compiled
my Windows-Code for mac.
Now I have to add MIDI support, that means I want to read data
that comes over the MIDI-port.

I looked at the coreaudio.pdf and saw the functions (MIDIReadProc,
MIDIPortConnectSource
and and and).
But I do not know how to use them with "CodeWarrior for Windows" because the
package
is not there. Can I download it somewhere? Is it a lib? And the headers?
I know that the CodeWarrior "produces" Mac-code, is it also possible to
add the MIDI stuff?

Can anybody give my an advice? Maybe someone has a small example?

Thanks for help!
Chris
