New AUs in QT 6.4 - sample code/doc

Hi,
I just downloaded QT 6.4 and took a look at the new AudioUnits that
came with it. I heard these are the same as in the 10.3 seeds, so did
anyone play with them already? Things like the AudioChannelLayout
structure look very interesting to me.
Does anyone have sample code or documentation for the new features? I
would be especially interested in how to use the MatrixMixer AU and the
HALOutput AU (if possible with AUGraph) in order to get multichannel
output. I have working code with the StereoMixer and defaultOutput AUs
and would really like to extend that to six or eight output channels.
