MIDIServer and machine sleep/resume stability

MIDIserver takes seconds to launch, so I usualy keep another MIDI app open
just so it doesnt reload all the time when I develop my own applications. I
mostly use "MIDI Monitor" and keep it in the background.

However I noted that if I "forget" a MIDI app when I put the machine to sleep,
thw machine will either freeze solid when put to sleep, or on the following
wakup.
I reproduce that very easily, but I can't file a bug because the machine never
displays any kernel panic log or anything.

Note that the MIDI server worked beautifully in jaguar, that sleep
misbehaviour started with panther. It just took a long time to realise what
was happening.

The machine is 2*1.42, latest 10.3, 2GB RAM. I tested with as little as a
Edirol 8820 and an Evolution eKeys.
