Looks like the custom icon set via plugin's info.plist are currently
ignored, I don't know if this was changed recently. There are two ways:
1. Paste icon (why worry someone will erase it, if anytime someone can
anytime paste own custom icon over standard one?)
2. Create dummy application (hidden inside plugin's bundle) with
ownership over the type of the plugin.
3. Regular application - it can be a standalone version of your plugin
- (other steps same as point 2.)
