Simple CoreAudio Java Example?

Hi all,

I am just starting to explore CoreAudio Java and having some difficulties. Long story short, I don't know where to begin.

I looked at the example programs like OutputTester and SimpleSMFPlayer; they build successfully but when I run them, nothing happens.

I would like to build a simple program like the SineWave Demo, located at http://www.audiosynth.com/sinewavedemo.html. It is written in Objective-C; I would like to write a similar application using CoreAudio Java.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Specifically, code for a typical sequence of actions in a CoreAudio Java application. E.g., initialisation, opening a file, playing back the file, cleaning up, etc.

Thanks.

Hon Hwang.
