Hi Matthew,

There isn't anything built into the system, and I haven't seen anything specifically designed for OS X. You might want to try MusicKit, it might have something.

However, there are some things not designed for OS X specifically, such as GUIDOLib. And there was this other complete Java library of music-related stuff that seemed really excellent, but I was never able to download it and since then I've forgotten the name.

If you do find something, please let me know.

I'm writing a small app and would like to include a music notation view in part of it. It's not a notation editor or anything fancy and I don't have time to write a notation view so I'm looking for one that's already been created. Does anyone know of a Cocoa (or Carbon if necessary) notation view that's available for use?
