We're currently just saving Type 1 MIDI Files - even if you were to try
to squash all the events to a single track, its still a type 1 file
because the tempo track will always be a different track...
If you need us to save Type 0 as an option, then we'd need to add that
(bug request please :)
Alternatively, I think there's probably a slew of code around on the
net to convert Type 1 to Type 0 files...
