If I read you well, you want to grab the audio at the output of you
Mac and broadcast it to some receivers in the network.

The Jack UDP Linux application available here
(
http://www.alphalink.com.au/~rd/) has been ported to MacOSX
(contact Johnny - elementicaotici <email@hidden> for the MacOSX
port)
You will have to install jack on MacOSX (www.jackosx.com) to try it.
