Hi William,

Have you logged any calls to SetStreamFormat to see if
you are being set to 48K? Perhaps you've initialized
yourself (which you should not do), so consequently you
aren't accepting any format changes?

In fact I was setting the sample rate at Initialize time,
and was not reading the sample rate at ChangeStreamFormat
time ;)
