Did you follow the instructions in the installer that said:

Before installing this package, we recommend that you remove directories

/Developer/Examples/CoreAudio
/Developer/Documentation/CoreAudio

That will solve most of your issues I think.

I did the first time I installed it, I forgot to the second and third times (after I deleted something I should not have).

I removed them and installed the SDK once more. They are now compiling.
