Well the issues are coming out of the woodwork...
A couple of users have reported that the Rax is not recognizing notes
from a Korg microKontrol - just MIDI CCs. That just sounds weird -
could it possibly be sending weird notes?
Another user has an m-audio audiophile delta 24/96 which is not happy
at all - the "input" HALOutputUnit is complaining that AudioUnitRender
cannot be done in the current context. The current context is the
SetInputCallback proc which is when the AudioUnitRender should be done.
And I'll look into the Cocoa View issue.
