kAudioHardwarePropertyDevices = 'dev#'
An array of the AudioDeviceIDs available in the system.
Panther CoreAudio/AudioHardware.h:
kAudioHardwarePropertyDevices = 'dev#',

It seems to be a cleaned-up version of the header comments. It would be
nice if that data could be propagated back into the headers, but I
don't think you're really missing much other than grammar and spelling
fixes).
