Using Apple Loops

Here's a question in which I'm sure a lot of people here are interested: When will Apple release a dev SDK so we can use Apple Loops in our own apps? It seems it would be lovely to be able to load some loops into a LoopTrack in the MusicSequencer and point it at a mixer eh?
