There are a growing number of AU's that need this, so I would suggest
that you do 2 things:
(1) Implement according to the guidelines we've established (and test
this with AUHosting)
(2) File bugs with the host-app companies who aren't adhering to those
guidelines (that's what I've been doing, and more voices the better)
