An AU host to assist with developing / debugging?

Hi All,

is there some sort of developer / debugger AU host that assists with ironing
out bugs in your Audio Unit. I am using Audio Hijack Pro as my host, and
sometimes my AudioUnit loads but the GUI wont come up. Its real weird -
sometimes I don't change anything but it wont work anymore. Ideally I'd like
a plain AU host which outputs some details of what is going wrong when you
load up your AU?

I also have problems changing the names of my entrypoints from the ones in
Airy's example CAUGuiDemoAU. If I change anything then my GUI wont come up.

Any ideas for assisting here?

Michael Lawler
