Hi,

just tried switching to the new SDK.

Two problems so far

- kAudioUnitProperty_OfflineRender seems to be defined in two places (AUPropertiesPostPantherAdditions.h and AudioUnitProperties.h)

- AUVParameter.h/.cpp are missing now, though they are still in the docs
