Thanks for the encouragement. I spent my lunch break reading through the
MusicPlayer and MusicSequencer info and it seems that the API provides a lot
of low level functionality to work with. Problem is it's low level, and I've
been working in an object-oriented paradigm for years now -- seems a little
opaque with all the structs and callback functions. Seems like it's worth a
shot.
