AU presets

I was just adding preset support to a new plug-in (AUBase::GetPresets() etc.), and I noticed how few hosts actually support this feature.

As far as I can tell, presets are supported by Rax, and, er, that's it. Not Logic, not DP...

Am I doing something wrong, or is this the real state of affairs?

If this is right, what is the suggested way of getting presets to users of these hosts?
