It's not easy.  Also, a lot of stuff has been work in progress over
the past year.  If I am correct, TechNote 2091 is really the
culmination of a lot of discussion on this list.

I think the CoreAudio team (or whoever has the authority) should
release the WWDC video sessions and handouts from the past two years
to connect.apple.com.  For free would be great, but for a small fee
(we're talking maybe a few dollars here, per topic) I'd be happy to
pay for a webcast.  I don't think it would really hurt the number of
developers attending WWDC to release this material after the event.

Not everybody can make it to WWDC and it would save the Apple folks on
this list a lot of time by not having to answer the same questions
over and over again.
