The most recent SDK includes a folder named AudioFileTools which
includes program named afplay. The code in afplay is a more robust
file player.

Hi CoreAudio Folks,

My question about the 'more robust' afplay example is whether there is anything about it that would preclude it's being used in a clean 10.2.3 environment? - Or, are special libs or framework materials required to be present/installed? I think this is a problem I ran into before - the API for earlier versions of CoreAudio would not support the newer code. If this is still the case, is it conceivable that I could drag along the, in my app, whatever might be needed?

Thanks!

Lance Drake
