Hi,

I want convert an AIFF file to a MP3 file on Tiger. I used the afconvert in the SDK, I issued "afconvert -f 'MPG3' -d '.mp3'@44100 - b 128000 -q 70 -s 0 -l Stereo /Whookam.aiff /Whookam.mp3", but I got "Error: create audio converter ('fmt?')" message from AudioConvertNew (). Did I make any mistakes with parameters?
