Try including <AudioUnit/AudioUnit.h>, <AudioToolbox/AudioToolbox.h> and <CoreMidi/CoreMidi.h> instead of the specific headers in these frameworks. Frameworks are designed for you to include the umbrella header, not specific headers within them.
