Thanks to all of you for asserting that I am looking in the right direction.


The ConvertFile sample seems to be a good point to start. My next step will be to "reverse" the sample, as it assumes PCM input and variable output, and my scenario is the exact opposite (and the ConvertFile sample does fail for anything but PCM Input).
