Simple CoreAudio examples in "Simple SDK"

Thanks for the tip re: "SimpleSDK". I've now got the Sine Wave Player working well, but I'm having a problem with the "PlayFile" example. I can't find the definitions for kAudioUnitType_Generator or kAudioUnitSubType_AudioFilePlayer. These don't show up in any of the header files in the SDk nor do they turn up on the Developer Website. How do I find them?
