That was my next point :-)
I'd recommend taking the mixer out of the chain (so you just connect
input to output) and make sure you are at least passing the audio
through

Note I did not read every message in this thread (so I may be
missing something here), but you did not include the step of
setting volume levels on your mixer unit. Is that perhaps the
problem?
