Yes.
I installed the 2.2.1 and the headers are now OK.
But now, I have to have a special build configuration for PPC kext.
They can only be built on 10.4.0 SDK (not universal).
But I guess you already knew that; I'm just late to the universal binary
game.
I should have guessed that the poor kernel developers would get the short
end of the stick. ;)  It could not have been that easy...

It is in a funny place -- not with the original definition (which is still
in the file); line 335.

Also, it may be that your Xcode is too old. If you still can't find it, try
the system headers (not SDK). Any Intel machine should have the right
headers (10.4.4 or newer):

/System/Library/Frameworks/Kernel.framework/Versions/A/Headers/IOKit/audio/I
OAudioEngine.h

It probably will not be right on a PPC machine.

FYI, it is in my Xcode SDK headers, and I am running 2.2.1.
The 2.2.1 update is downloadable from your ADC account.
