MIDI driver stops audio

Hi,

When using the SampleUSBMidi driver (with the necessary modifications), I've noticed that my USB audio device stops audio output.

The driver appears to be sending out data to the device just fine.

When the SampleUSBMidi driver is not loaded, audio plays.

Are there any tips for resolving this?
