It totally depends on what's going on. The description of the problem
lacks some details. For instance:
What modifications did you make to the driver?
Does this happen without your modifications?
What USB hardware are you using (presumably the hw you've been asking
driver questions for)?
What apps are you testing with?
Do all apps show the problem or just some of them?
When the problem happens, what does the telemetry look like in
HALLab? Does it show any issues?
It's really hard to give you advice without knowing a bit more about
what's going on.
