Yep, m4a. QWERTY slip.
I've looked at scaudiocompress before. Good code. Useful stuff, but no usage of AudioConverterFillComplexBuffer.

Do you mean m4a? Yes, use AudioFile api to read it. Look at the
scaudiocompress sample code (google it).
