Capturing OpenGL and OpenAL with quicktime?

Hello Lists (CoreAudio & Mac-OpenGL)

I have a program that renders sound and graphics using OpenGL/OpenAL.

Now I would like to capture the frames I render and the systems "Master sound mix?" (if there is such a thing)
And save it as a quicktime movie.

For capturing the frames I'm thinking FBO.
But how to capture the sound and encode frames/sound using QuickTime in C++?
(Is QTkit Objective-C only?)

Any help appreciated!

/Jacob Kolding
