Hi List,
(This may be a bit off topic so apologies if it is!)
I've just installed Leopard today (with xcode 3) and found that I
have a
problem. I'm developing an app that uses, Quick Time, Core Audio and
Core
MIDI and when I run my app I'm presented with an error message
stating the
following:
"Required software extensions are missing.
Click on the "OK" button, and you will be transferred to the
PACE web site where an installer can be downloaded.
"
My colleagues have run the app on Leopard without any such problems.
Is
there something in particular that I should
look out for to resolve this?
What could be the possible causes?
I saw the same thing.
I assumed it was something to do with my MBox. I installed ProTools LE
on the eMac and just the Digi Core Audio drivers on my MacBook Pro,
and both complained about this when I chose the MIDI tab in Audio MIDI
Setup.
Of course since Digi is always behind with drivers, the MBox no longer
works.
