program changes

Hi List,

This question is not to do with core audio but rather one to do with the quick time music architecture.
I know that this is the wrong list for such a question but I can't get any answers from the quick time list so in a desperate attempt I'm trying here - so apologies in advance for clogging up  email accounts !!!

My problem is that I am trying to implement program changes in a quick time music movie track
and I haven't been able to.

I'm using the qtma_StuffGeneralEvent macro to do my program changes but have had no luck.

Does anybody know if I am on the right track or if I should be using another macro?

Any examples / links that exhibit program changes would be greatly appreciated.

thanks for reading and apologies for the irrelevance of my question on this list !!!

frank
