You need to get the Core Audio SDK v1.3.6 from the developer web site. It was the last version that (attempted to) support Apple's concept of implementing Java access to Core Audio.
The state of Java and audio on the Mac platform has been uncharted since then. You'll also want to scan the Java developer Apple mailing lists, if you have not already. Someday, we may have a solid direction!
