How to identify the IAC Driver, so as to ignore it

Assuming you want to ignore the presence of the CoreMIDI IAC Driver, and
prevent it from showing up in your app, what is the best way to do this?
Identifying it by manufacture name "Apple" and model name "IAC Driver"? Does
this remain constant across different languages...?
