My parameters are off in Logic

hi,
On a few of plug-ins, they dont seem to reload
correctly in logic 7. When i add the AU in logic,
everything seems to work correctly, but if i close the
session in logic and reopen them, my parameters are
off by 2. Let me give an example, i have one AU that
has three parameters , frequency, amount, and gain.
well if i set the frequency to 65, and amount to 1,
and gain -3.0. and then repoen the session, and
frequency and amount arent set to anything but the
gain is then set +65.0, which is outside of the min
and max values. im not sure why this is happening or
if its a bug in logic. i have my parameter starting at
0 and counting up sequentially without skipping
numbers, and then i havent changed any of parameter
indexing since i have used logic. is there some other
place i should look at to see where the problem would
be? it works fine in AU Lab. how is it that logic 7
saves the parameter state that is different from AU
Lab?

thanks,
paul
