Is it possible to get the AudioUnitRender() to give me the raw data
from the input without using an AudioConverter ?
My app's coreAudio setup is similar to the aurioTouch example.
I am using Shark to analyze my performance and i see a lot of samples
on functions converting Int16ToInt32, Interleaver, etc.
i am converting all samples from SInt32 to Float32 and back to SInt32
after processing anyway,
so i thought i could save some cycles if i could get the raw format.
any thoughts about this?
