The documentation that we have for CoreAudio is now part of the rest
of the Apple documentation and we're not providing the additional
notes, etc that we were here.

should have some pointers to the various docs that are available, and
there are people from the docs group that lurk here, so if you are
missing anything specific, let us know

installation only contains the 10.4.4 documentation. The newest SDK
that is available as a separate download is version 1.4.3 from 2005...
I re-installed the CoreAudio SDK and DevExamples packages from the
Xcode 3 dmg, but neither installed the documentation. What gives?
