CoreAudio SDK 1.5 documentation missing

I was looking for the documentation of the CoreAudio SDK 1.5, which should be located at

/Developer/Examples/CoreAudio/Documentation

but it seems to be missing on my machine (10.5.1 + Xcode 3). My 10.4 installation only contains the 10.4.4 documentation. The newest SDK that is available as a separate download is version 1.4.3 from 2005...

I re-installed the CoreAudio SDK and DevExamples packages from the Xcode 3 dmg, but neither installed the documentation. What gives?
