Streaming the mp3 and Playing.

Hi all,
I want to stream a mp3 file and play it. can anyone suggest, whats the logic for?
 
I am thinking aout using AudioQueueNewInput() and Playing the file AudioQueueStart().
 
is it the Right direction to go?
