The list of available sample rates for a device can be gotten via kAudioDevicePropertyAvailableNominalSampleRates. But if that's not what you are looking for, you are going to have to define what you mean by "most native" sample rate.

Is there a way to know the most "native" sample rate of a device?

kAudioDevicePropertyNominalSampleRate gives me the last set
(current) sampling rate whatever it is.
