But the .m4a container needs to be actually created and placed around
the aac contents.
AudioFileWritePackets won't do that, am I right?

So, its easy to write an audio file duplication tool by just opening
an existing file, creating a new file with the same data format,
then read/write the packets of audio data and the magic cookie, to
