Hello,
I'd really like to know if someone had success using HICocoaView to wrap a custom AU Cocoa Views for host like Ableton Live, etc... (providing Composited Carbon Windows only). I am running into the same kind of issues a previous poster experienced, and I start wondering if it can be achieved at all. Carbon vs Cocoa feels a bit like the good old Composited/Non-Composited window issue. Is there any solution that doesn't involve mainting the GUI code two times, at least in 10.5 (other than supporting only one kind of user interface)?
