hello

i am the developer of itouchmidi, a suite of iphone apps dedicated to midi control

www.itouchmidi.com

i am currently using core midi to create midi virtual ports and handle communications

it is working very well except in audio applications that require "device" to show up in audio midi setup

example of this is digital performer controller surface setup
it does not list midi virtual ports
